Our Zanzibar concept is taking shape in Paje, in homes with carved wooden furniture, outdoor spaces and local character. Simple comforts, useful services and a community you can join on your own terms.

Daily cleaning includes shared spaces and bathrooms; bedroom access is arranged around your privacy. Social activities are hosted get-togethers; paid excursions, sports sessions and restaurant bills are separate. Internet performance and the final setup will be confirmed before booking.

Can I request dates now?
Yes. Our planned opening is 11 January 2027. Send us your preferred dates and room choice, and we’ll confirm availability, the complete offer and terms. A request does not reserve a room, and no payment is taken here.
Will I have my own room?
Yes. Choose a private double room with a shared bathroom or an ensuite. For 30 nights, shared-bath rooms start at €950 and ensuite rooms at €1,290 for one adult. Ask us for a quote if you are sharing. Meals and personal extras are separate. Your final quote confirms the total.
What about video calls and working hours?
Good internet is already reported at the accommodation. The coworking setup is being prepared. Tell us about your calls and working hours so we can confirm connectivity, a suitable desk and quiet-space options before you commit.
Do I have to join the activities?
Not at all. Community is an invitation. Join a meal, a workout or an excursion when you feel like it, and take time to yourself whenever you need.
What is included, and what costs extra?
Your room rate includes coworking, high-speed internet, daily cleaning, social get-togethers, toiletries, bed linen, bath and beach towels, pool and shared-kitchen access, a resident host and your Beeloha welcome pack. Meals, laundry, massages, paid sports sessions and excursions are optional extras. Your personal quote confirms the final setup, total price and terms before you book.
Will someone be living at the house to help?
Yes. A resident Beeloha host will live on site to care for the house, coordinate daily cleaning and support guests. We’ll share the host’s contact details and practical arrangements before you arrive.
