When can I come?
Planned opening: March 2027. Initial stays are being explored through the end of May. Enquire about later dates; availability is not yet live.
Working with Europe
Europe/Podgorica time zone: UTC+1 in winter and UTC+2 in summer. The same clock as Barcelona, with daylight-saving changes.
Getting here
Send us your arrival details and we’ll coordinate your airport transfer to Ulcinj, check-in and arrival arrangements. We’ll help you choose between Podgorica and Tivat and confirm the transfer price before you commit. You can focus on getting here—we’ll take care of the arrival plan.
Can I book or pay now?
For now, send an enquiry. We will confirm the full price, included services, availability and cancellation terms before you decide. This page takes no payments and does not reserve accommodation.
Will I share my apartment?
Tell us your preference. The intended two-bedroom layout has a shared kitchen, lounge and one bathroom. We will state clearly whether your offer is for a private bedroom or a whole apartment, and who shares each space.
